Gary Boomer
L. Gary Boomer is the Founder of Boomer Consulting, Inc. His current role is Visionary-Strategist, and he is recognized in the accounting profession as the leading authority on technology and firm management. He writes, speaks and consults on business transformation, including strategic and technology planning, focusing on mindsets, skillsets and toolsets for the future. He also strongly believes that change management and developing a training and learning culture are keys to individual and firm-wide success. Jon Hubbard, Shareholder and Chief Growth Officer at Boomer Consulting helps accounting firm leaders find success in the areas of leadership, talent and growth. Jon is a facilitator for the Boomer Leadership Academy, Boomer Talent Circle, Boomer Marketing and Business Development Circle, and the Boomer Operations Circle. Arianna Campbell
As a Shareholder & Chief Operating Officer for Boomer Consulting, Inc., Arianna Campbell helps accounting firms challenge the status quo by leading process improvement initiatives that result in increased profitability and client satisfaction, as well as facilitates the development and cultivation of future firm leaders in The Boomer Leadership Academy™. Internally, she blends concepts from Lean Six Sigma and leadership development to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the company. Arianna also enjoys the opportunity to share knowledge through regular contributions to the Boomer Bulletin and other industry wide publications, as well as public speaking at industry conferences. She enjoys reading, travelling and spending time with her husband and their three children.
Amanda Wilkie
Amanda Wilkie, Consultant at Boomer Consulting, Inc., has a computer science background with more than two decades of technology experience, Amanda has spent more than 18 years driving change and process improvement through innovative technology solutions in accounting firms of all sizes. She has held strategic leadership positions in firms ranging from Top 50 to Top 10, including her time as CIO of a Top 30 firm. Amanda is recognized as a technology expert in the accounting profession and regularly speaks and writes on emerging technologies, such as blockchain and Web3, and their impact on the accounting profession.
Heather Robinson
Heather Robison is a facilitator and the Marketing Manager for Boomer Consulting, Inc. In her role, she focuses on developing the firm's marketing strategy and brand awareness to help drive business results through digital marketing, the company's website, social media channels, and thought leadership content. As one of the leads in Boomer Consulting, Inc.'s Growth team, Heather provides leadership and strategic planning on marketing and communication practices for the firm. She is also a facilitator for the Boomer Marketing and Business Development Circle, and works with firms and sponsor partners to grow and be more effective in the areas of client service, marketing and business development.
She has a passion for building marketing and business development campaigns that are not only exciting, but have a solid strategy behind them. Her digital marketing initiatives includes email automation, videos, social media, graphic design, and more. Her involvement is in every step of the process, from the initial strategizing, design to post-campaign reporting. This allows her to see initiatives through from start to finish, get a deep understanding of what was a success and what could be improved, to launch even stronger campaigns next time around.Â
Prior to joining Boomer Consulting, Heather earned a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications from Kansas State University and has spent 15+ years working in marketing and brand management in a variety of industries including corporate, education and retail.Â
Jacqueline Lombardo
As the Operations Strategist for Boomer Consulting, Inc., Jacqueline specializes in driving organizational growth and cultivating internal excellence in diverse areas, including human resources, performance management, training and development, compliance, recruiting and intellectual property protection.
In addition, Jacqueline works closely with leadership to evaluate and implement business processes and create a company culture that ensures each team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best. This effort includes supporting our Allyship for Diversity commitment at BCI, which seeks to strengthen diversity, equity and inclusion within Boomer Consulting and the accounting profession. Jacqueline also works on the strategy and development of our eLearning initiatives.
Chris Rochford
As a Technology Manager for Boomer Consulting, Inc., Chris Rochford leverages a diverse background in web development and technology consulting. His role involves managing Boomer Consulting, Inc.’s internal technology, as well as researching how new and emerging technologies can be leveraged internally and for our external clients.
Before joining Boomer Consulting, Inc., Chris spent 15 years in tech, doing web development for state and local government agencies and commercial clients.
Deanna Perkins
As the Solutions Manager for Boomer Consulting, Inc., Deanna works to help clients and prospective clients identify their dangers, opportunities and strengths. Once these are identified, she works to develop a personalized game plan for their firm to focus on the area, or areas, they need to improve on most. These areas are critical to a firm’s success and future-readiness; Leadership, Talent, Technology, Process and Growth.
